The church is bound together in Jesus, but he has given each of us unique gifts and ways to serve him. Let’s go about that work with joy!
Our worship of the true God is ever before us. Tell the good news of Jesus. Live according to his Word. Let your light shine. Love your land of freedom. Pray for this nation and its people.
St. Paul’s encouragement to Timothy inspires us, too. Jesus’ work moves us to live in the world, fight against the evil that plagues us, and be confident in the victory he has already won for us.
We learn from Jeremiah that, even in terrible situations, God cares for his people. That empowers us to speak his Word joyfully.
